Wine Club Policies:
We Respect your Privacy! Noni Bacca Winery will never sell, loan, rent, exchange or give out your contact information to any person, business or corporation for any reason. We may send you information on behalf of other organizations or businesses that the winery has partnered with. You can remove yourself from our club or mailing list at any time by sending us an email to info@nbwinery.com.
Terms and Conditions: Void where prohibited. Wine can only be sold in states that have passed reciprocal shipping legislation, and further restrictions and limitations may apply.
Note: Current interstate shipping laws prohibit us from shipping wine to Alabama, Arkansas, Iowa, Kentucky, Maine, Maryland, Mississippi, New Jersey, New Mexico, Ohio, Oklahoma, Oregon, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island, South Dakota and Utah.
Must be 21 years of age to purchase and receive shipments of wine. In submitting an order, the buyer is representing to the winery that the buyer is at least 21 years old. False representation of age by a buyer or person receiving shipments will be referred to local law enforcement agencies for prosecution.
When wines are sold, title of goods passes to the buyer within the state of NC. The winery makes no representation as to the legal rights of the buyer to ship or import wine into any state outside of NC. The buyer is solely responsible for the shipment of wine. By placing an order, the buyer authorizes the winery to act on the buyer’s behalf to engage a common carrier for delivery to the buyer’s destination. When delivery is made, the person receiving the shipment must show identification to the common carrier as proof of age 21 or older.
The buyer understands that, upon submission of their credit card information, their credit card will be billed automatically for the cost of the wine and/or specified products, any applicable taxes, delivery, and handling charges corresponding to the buyer authorized orders. Pricing and availability subject to change. In the event of pricing discrepancies, the current retail price in the tasting room of the winery is final. When permissible, returned merchandise will be credited to the buyer’s credit card account, excluding any delivery and handling charges incurred.
