The Brew House Canadian Light Lager 15 Liter Kit

Brewers can manipulate the beginning specific gravity of the Brew House kits by adding less water to the primary. The kits contain 15 liters of high-gravity wort brewed to an .o.g. between 1.070-1.080, depending on the style. When diluted with the full 8 liters of water, the wort's o.g. drops to 1.040-1.055. If you add only 4 liters of water, the o.g. will be 1.055-1.065 and the alcohol content of the finished product will go up 1-1.5%. Or you can add no water at all. Smaller additions of water would lead to the style changes listed below.
