It is with great pleasure that LD Carlson and HopUnion announce the release of the Falconer's Flight Brewer's Best® Ingredient Kit.  This kit will contain an exclusive proprietary hop blend created to honor and support the legacy of brewing legend, Glen Hay Falconer.  In celebration of Glen's cutting-edge style and the ever-evolving nature of the craft beer industry, HopUnion developed Falconer's Flight®.  This novel proprietary pellet blend is comprised of many of the Northwest's most unique hop varieties and is perfect for any Northwest- style IPA.  Each hop has been hand-selected for its superior aromatic qualities, imparting distinct tropical, citrus, floral, lemon and grapefruit tones.

To honor Glen and support his legacy, HopUnion will be contributing proceeds from each Falconer's Flight® purchase to the Glen Hay Falconer Foundation, a non-profit organization created to commemorate and celebrate the life of a leading brewer. The mission of the foundation is to contribute to the craft brewing community by providing opportunities for professional and aspiring brewers to further their knowledge and expertise.

Brewer's Best® English Bitter - This English style ale combines moderate hop bitterness with a light malty profile. Easy to drink and easy to brew, this ale is well balanced... A great representation of this classic style.

Brewer's Best® Milk Stout - Bold and black, yet sweet and subtle.  This recipe offers all of the chocolate and roasted notes that you would expect from a stout.  Additions of Lactose and Maltodextrin produce a full body, thick, creamy head, and sweet finish.

Brewer's Best® Whisky Barrel Stout - Specially selected dark malt extracts and specialty grains combine to release a delightful bouquet of chocolate and roast.  We have included a package of genuine whisky barrel oak chips to impart flavors of oak and whisky.
