WINE SHIPPING POLICY:
Please note that we cannot ship WINE to the following designated states:
Alabama, Alaska, Arkansas, Delaware, Kansas, Kentucky, Maine, Maryland, Massachusetts, Mississippi, Montana, New Jersey, Oklahoma, New York, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island, South Dakota, Tennessee and Utah.
All WINE orders will be shipped via FedEx Ground and will require an Adult Signature at the time of delivery. All wine purchased from Noni Bacca Winery will be taxed in the State of North Carolina, where we then pass title to the buyer and ship it on their behalf. We make absolutely no representation to the legal rights of anyone to ship or import alcoholic beverages into any other state. The buyer is solely responsible for all such shipments. When a buyer places an order for WINE at Noni Bacca Winery, we employ a common carrier, on behalf of the buyer to deliver the wine to the buyer.
Please note: We only ship to states where it is legal to do so and cannot employ a common carrier to ship wine to certain states.
SHIPPING POLICY:
Noni Bacca Winery ships most orders via FedEx Ground. You may have a choice to ship Ground, 2-Day or Next Day delivery at the time you check out. PLEASE NOTE THAT SHIPPING CHARGES AT CHECKOUT ARE ESTIMATED. Small items that fit into an envelope and are not fragile may ship via US Postal Service. Either way, we only charge you for actual shipping charges. All “Wine” shipments have a $3.00 handling charge for special packaging and carrier handling. For return items, we cannot refund shipping charges unless we inadvertently shipped you items you didn't order. If you need to return items to us, please call 1-877-397-7617 for instructions.
RETURN POLICY:
If you make a purchase from any one of our stores and wish to return it, we will be happy to refund or exchange your item(s) within 30 days of the date of purchase with a receipt. If you don’t have a receipt, we will issue an in-store credit for the amount of the return.
