Wine Shipping Policy:

Please note that Noni Bacca Winery CANNOT SHIP WINE to the following states:
Alabama, Alaska, Arkansas, Delaware, Kansas, Kentucky, Maine, Maryland, Massachusetts, Michigan, Mississippi, Montana, New Jersey, Oklahoma, New York, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island, South Dakota, Tennessee and Utah.

We ship our orders via FedEx Home Delivery which requires an Adult Signature at the time of delivery. All wine is sold and taxed in the State of North Carolina as if puchased in house. 

The buyer is solely responsible for all shipments and when an order is placed, the buyer authorizes us to engage a common carrier on the their behalf  to deliver the wine ordered from Noni Bacca Winery.

Please note: We only ship to states where it is legal to do so and we WILL NOT engage a common carrier to ship wine to certain states. 


Return Policy:

Noni Bacca Winery wants you to be completly happy with your purchase.  The policy is simple; if you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, we will issue you a refund within 30 days of your purchase with a receipt and return of items.  If for any reason you cannot find your receipt, we will issue an in-store gift certificate.

Replacement Policy:

We will always do our best to fulfill your order as requested, however, there are times where substitutes are available for colors or sizes.  When we need to make substitutions, we will notify you and give you the option to accept the substitution or not.
